The RoleThis position will lead an asset management team in the formulation and execution of asset management strategies and plans for the assigned real estate portfolio with the objective of maximising the optimum income and highest value of the assets.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall positioning and to achieve the financial, investment, and operational goal of the assigned portfolio.
Preparing and managing our annual budgets and reports which will cover the financial performance of the assets, leasing status and rental collection.
Formulate and execute asset management plans including asset enhancement initiatives.
Maintain close communications and good relationships with the property management companies, working closely with the Property Manager to ensure that the asset is properly maintained, managed, and compliant with regulations.
Build strong relationships with customers and coordinate with external parties like government authorities, brokers, leasing agents, vendors, and consultants.
Manage market intelligence, collate global market/industry information to ensure competitiveness of the Company’s products and services.
Job Requirements
Degree in Real Estate, Building, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or its equivalent.
At least 12 years of relevant experience in asset management of commercial real estate (office and retail) and good knowledge of local real estate market.
Be operationally hands-on with sound financial grounding.
Resourceful, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
