Their team of experienced professionals excels in all aspects of renovation, from design to construction, delivering exceptional results that exceed client expectations.Job DescriptionReporting directly to the CEO, the Financial Controller will oversee all aspects of financial management, including certified payroll processing, compliance with the False Claims Act, federal contracting requirements, insurance, bonding, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:Manage all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Ensure compliance with federal contracting requirements, including certified payroll and the False Claims Act.Oversee insurance and bonding requirements for projects.Manage and optimize accounting systems, including Procore, Timberline, and Acumatica implementation.Lead a small finance team in day-to-day operations.Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure financial success of projects.Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and executive team.Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and risks, and recommend actions to mitigate risks and improve financial health.Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and external stakeholders.
