Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase market penetration and revenue in the nonferrous metals segment.Team Leadership:

Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, setting clear objectives and performance metrics.Client Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.Market Analysis:

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.Sales Targets:

Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas, driving growth through effective sales techniques and client engagement.Contract Negotiation:

Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties while maintaining profitability.Reporting:

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, including supply chain, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.Customer Service:

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification is a plus.Experience:

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management within the nonferrous metals industry or a closely related sector.Skills:

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing sales teams.Industry Knowledge:

Deep understanding of the nonferrous metals market, including key players, market dynamics, and trends.Communication:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical abilities with a focus on market analysis and strategic planning.Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with CRM systems, sales software, and Microsoft Office Suite.Leadership:
