English Language Proficiency: Proficient in basic written and spoken English.Education: A post-master's certificate or master's or doctoral degree as a Nurse Practitioner from an accredited program.License: Active, current, full, and unrestricted APN license to practice as an NP.Basic Certification: Full and current board certification in an area of clinical specialty.Preferred Experience:
Experience in Urology, including OR.Responsibilities
Independently manage a panel of patients with acute and chronic health conditions.Develop and implement individualized plans for optimal population health.Demonstrate leadership and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.Order and interpret labs, tests, and diagnostic studies.Prescribe pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions.Provide education to patients and their families.Participate in inpatient rounds and discuss patient presentations.Function as first assistant in the operating room for urological surgeries.Work Schedule
