Essential Duties

Director of Sales (DOS) is a critical leadership role in overseeing the activities of the sales force. This role is a highly collaborative one where the Director of Sales works with various departments in the business with a view of enhancing sales initiatives.

Responsible ForCoordinates sales forecasting, budgeting, planning, and process optimization.Monitors and endeavors to maintain high levels of accuracy, quality, and process consistency in the sales force initiatives.Responsible for directing and supporting consistent implementation of the business’s initiatives in all sales strategies and initiatives.Supporting equitable assignment of sales force quotas and ensuring that quotas are optimally assigned to all sales channels.Ensure that the sales objectives are assigned in a timely fashion and develop the business sales targets and values.Take initiative in building peer support and strong internal business relationships with key management personnel.Coordinates the training of sales management and sales support personnel within the sales department.Plays a mentorship role to key sales personnel, assisting in the performance of their duties.Coordinates sales forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes to be applied by the team.Works to maintain high quality in processes and strategies.Coordinates strategic planning activities with key stakeholders.Monitors the consumer and competitive environment, conducting sales, consumer, competitive, and performance analyses.Monitors the accuracy and efficiency of sales reports.Compiles, refines, and recommends revisions on existing sales reports from junior sales managers.Responsible for seeking out opportunities that further the sales initiatives.Assists the sales force in the management and understanding of bottlenecks, inconsistencies, and impediments in processes.Constantly gathers information and keeps sales teams up to date on the latest industry best practices.Fosters close and cooperative relationships with fellow internal leaders.Works closely with the sales management of all sales departments.Works with the finance department in formulating and deciding sales team budgetary allocations.Works with the Human Resources department in providing the recruitment criteria for key sales team positions.Collaborate with CCS, Distribution/Operations, and Clinical department on projects and initiatives.Liaise with the senior sales management and key stakeholders in conducting and overseeing resource management.Any additional responsibilities necessary for the proper execution of their duties.Required QualificationsMinimum 5 years of strategic sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment.Knowledge in the Healthcare DME, Ventilation, Vests, Oxygen, CPAP, BiPAP and respiratory supplies.Excellent written and oral communication skills, executive presentation and interpersonal skills.Ability to balance multiple priorities in a high pressure, fast paced environment.Must be extremely detail-oriented, organized and results driven.Outstanding analytical sales and problem-solving skills.Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Job RequirementsThis position requires travel.All prospective employees must pass a background check.What SuperCare Health Is AboutSuperCare Health is a comprehensive, post-acute care, respiratory services company, focused on managing high-risk respiratory patients in their homes.Today, SuperCare health manages millions of lives annually, with a growing team of more than 400 members, and has one of the highest-rated satisfaction scores from both our customers and patients.Our goal is to be the most trusted and preferred resource to manage high-risk, post-acute respiratory patients through our high-touch clinical team and high-tech, innovative solutions.We are uniquely structured to be a responsive and agile community provider, yet we also possess the stability and effectiveness of a large enterprise.
