Responsibilities:What you will do:Under direct supervision of Epic leadership, the Epic CareEverywhere/CareLink/HIM Analyst I will be responsible for:I&T support of 1 to 2 Epic modules and other related applications.70% of time dedicated to daily operational support and quarterly system updates.10% of time dedicated to projects which includes supporting system enhancements/new features, enhanced workflow design, and optimization.Collaborate with external Health Information Exchanges to establish and maintain connections for patient information sharing.Develop and implement data mapping strategies to ensure accurate translation of healthcare data across different systems.Keep up to date with industry standards and best practices in healthcare interoperability.Work closely with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve interoperability issues, shared patient and clinical issues ensuring smooth data flow between systems.Participates in additional projects as assigned by supervisor.Works effectively and efficiently as part of a team on assignments. Can work independently on some assignments. Takes direction.Collaborates with customers, vendors, and other IT professionals to meet challenges and coordinate resources to achieve quality outcomes.Escalates problems and concerns to supervisors.Develops how-to documentation and workflows for end-users and fellow team members.Provides on-call support.Expected to pursue Epic certification in assigned modules within six months of hire.

Qualifications:Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Ability to support the end-user and technical operations staff as required by providing excellent customer service.Skill in organizing, collecting, and analyzing complex data. Knowledge of healthcare processes and application system coordination and ability to work closely with operational counterparts for the successful delivery of any assigned project.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills for process development and problem resolution to track ongoing campaigns and pop health initiatives assigned.Ability to process information logically and suggest enhancements to the Epic leaders and business counterparts.Ability to effectively escalate concerns or problems to leadership. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.Education, Certification & Experience:Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.At least 2 years, with 4 or more preferred of related technical experience to include implementation, support or hands-on end user experience with Epic I&T support and ownership of 2 to 3 Epic modules. Healthy Planet and Cheers Campaigns modules experience and certification required.Experience with process improvements. Healthcare experience required.PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS:

Activities involve primarily sitting for prolonged periods of time with extensive work using computer keyboard and monitor. Ability to process information and communicate data clearly and succinctly.
