Learn more about CCC at .The RoleThe payment product acts as a broker between different Payment Service Providers and multiple CCC products. The payment product is responsible for managing credentials, recording payment requests, scheduling transactions, and distributing payment statuses.The Senior Manager position is responsible for supporting and coordinating the work of the payment team, both onshore and offshore team members. The Senior Manager is directly responsible for the team achieving it’s goals.Tech Stack: Java 8+, AWS, Containerization (Docker & Kubernetes), Spring boot, No SQL (Dynamo DB), RDS (PostgreSQL), Async Messaging (Kafka / Rabbit MQ), Data pipeline (Lambda/ AWS Firehose).Key Responsibilities:Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goalsWorks on issues where analysis of situation or data requires review of relevant factorsExercises judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate actionCreate and follow the product release best practicesProvides direct supervision to professional individual contributors and/or skilled, support individual contributors (e.g., technicians, designers, support personnel)Closely partner with the development and product management teams to deliver product features and business goalsWork with project management to ensure project status is accurate and issues are raised up quicklyAttract, hire, retain, and lead high-caliber engineering talentSupport an excellent customer experience by being proactive in assessing escalations, and working with the team to respond appropriatelRequirements:5+ years of experience developing Java based applications in AWS Cloud5+ years ofxperience being a people leader, coaching, mentoring and guiding for highly talented technical teamsExperience building customer-facing products with performing, availability and high scalability and bringing in new technologies based on current industry standardsExperience in cloud hosted SAAS (Software as a Service) industryExperience in Agile/Scrum practices and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.A strong capacity and desire to learnExperience leading individual contributors and providing career direction, coaching, and building development plansProven ability to collaborate and lead an engineering teamBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related fieldQuality-oriented mindset, with a drive for achieving both corporate and personal goalsProfessional and efficient communication skills, with attention to detailAbout the company’s commitment to its employeesCCC Intelligent Solutions employees are part of an inclusive culture that brings together diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
