Health Law Litigation Attorney

Our busy law firm is growing and we are looking for talent that works hard to represent clients well. The prime candidate will work seamlessly with both senior partners as well as administrative staff in an effort to effectively serve clients. If you have excellent research and writing skills, can easily use today’s technology, and communicate effectively across all levels, we would love to connect! Responsibilities: • Work closely with and provide leadership to administrative staff concerning client billing, client meetings and invoicing, as well as finalizing client projects • Determine case strategies and solutions to serve clients’ needs after analysis • Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings • Provide legal counsel to clients by analyzing their needs and determining a proper course of action • Draft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefs Qualifications: • Graduation from law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree and experience representing clients for 2-5 years • Must be a member of your local bar association-active member preferred • Well-versed in legal research software (Westlaw/Lexis) • Decision-making, public-speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal skills and communication skills are a must Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 yearly
