About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Sales Operations team, where you'll play a crucial role in crafting business models for our Go-to-Market strategy. This position involves designing and executing Glassdoor's quota-setting and territory management strategies, as well as related processes. As a core member of the Sales Operations team, you'll be integral to our success and have a significant impact on our overall sales operations.

What You'll Do

Develop territory and quota setting methodologies and processes that enable Sales/CS to sell efficiently and in alignment with Glassdoor's business objectivesAccurately calculate territories and quotas using enterprise grade Excel modelsIdentify and implement standard methodologies and programs for territories and quota management across Glassdoor's Go-to-Market teams, cultivating a process of continuous improvementContinually monitor and update data in Salesforce utilizing industry best practicesUtilize data to influence downstream processes such as finance, sales analytics, crediting, and Sales/CS compensationPartner with the broader Sales Operations team to manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.Lead change management processes to build an organizational understanding of proposed changes to quotas, establish support from key leadership stakeholders, and effectively implement new deployment and job models.Work closely with Senior Leadership to define the performance measurements and performance management programs required to ensure sales organization success. Align reporting, training, and incentive programs with these performance management priorities.

What You'll Bring

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary Range (USD): $88,800 - $141,600

Glassdoor base salaries are targeted to the market 75th percentile for technical roles and the 65th percentile for non-technical roles. In other words, 65-75% of comparable organizations in our industry will pay less.

Bonus: 10%

Bonuses are paid out bi-annually and the amount awarded is based on individual and company performance.

Generous Restricted Stock Units (RSU):

Restricted Stock Units (RSU) are awarded at hire and may be refreshed annually. Additionally, as a pay-for-performance company, RSU grant awards are presented bi-annually to exceptional performers.
