Hybrid Real Estate Accountant - $100,000/yearJoin our dynamic team, arapidly growing asset management in real estate investments. We are seeking atalented Real Estate Accountant to support our expanding portfolio and contributeto our ambitious growth goals. This role offers a competitive salary range of$100,000, with potential for higher compensation based on experience, plusbonus and possible equity. In addition to competitive pay, we offer excellentbenefits, fully paid dental, vision, and life insurance, and vacation and sicktime. Our work environment is hybrid, with in-office days on Tuesday,Wednesday, and Thursday, and remote work on Monday and Friday.Responsibilities:
Overseeday-to-day accounting operations for a real estate investment fund
Perform regularcash and transaction reconciliations for the REIT
Assist inpreparing financial statements, investor reports, and regulatory filings
Preparefinancial statements and related reporting for review
Support andmanage the external audit process, including quarterly reviews anddiligence projectsQualifications:
Bachelor’sdegree in accounting, finance, or a related field
CPA designationpreferred
2+ years ofexperience in public accounting and/or real estate investment management
Experience withYardi accounting software is a plus
Proficiency inMicrosoft Excel and other financial software applications; experience withfund accounting systems preferredVisit
