Financial Aid Counselor ($60,000-70,000 +benefits)This position will provideexceptional customer service to students, parents, sponsors, staff, andfaculty. The Financial Aid Counselor will review and explain student accounts, counselon payment options, and handle inquiries.Key Highlights:
Pay of $60,000 -$70,000 and competitve benefits
Hybrid workschedule (2 days in office, 3 days remote)
Responsibilities:
Manage studentcaseload and reconcile accounts
Perform audits,handle adjustments, and counsel on payment options
Respond toinquiries and provide timely information
Initiatepre-collection protocol and coordinate with other departments
Represent theoffice at events and serve on committees
Maintainconfidentiality and adhere to professional standards
Performadditional duties as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’sdegree
Financialservices experienceExperience withEllucian BannerAdherence topolicies and core values
