ServiceNow Programmer/Developer (Level II)Minimum Qualifications SummaryCertification & EducationBachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification preferred.Experience RequiredProven track record of successfully delivering ServiceNow solutions in a professional environment.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Minimum of 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development or a related field.Proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including configuration, customization, and scripting.Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes and best practices.Ability to design and implement complex workflows, business rules, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.Experience with ServiceNow APIs, data imports/exports, and system integrations.Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as incident management, change management, and CMDB.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and debug issues.Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Job ObjectiveAssist operations at ICE Headquarters as a ServiceNow Programmer/Developer.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet business requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and propose technical solutions.Design and implement integrations with third-party systems and tools using ServiceNow APIs and web services.Perform unit testing, system testing, and debugging of ServiceNow applications to ensure quality and reliability.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.Stay updated on latest ServiceNow features, functionalities, and best practices, and apply them to enhance existing systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, testers, and solution architects, to deliver integrated solutions.Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives.Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in production environments.Work LocationWashington D.C.About LukosLukos has been delivering professional services to the Federal Government for 15 years.
