Interim Chief Financial Officer

E78 Partners is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team for an interim role. This role is a critical component for our client's financial leadership, requiring strong financial acumen, recent public company accounting experience, and a preference for candidates with manufacturing and distribution industry experience. As an Interim CFO, you will be pivotal in driving our company's financial strategy and success.Key Responsibilities:Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial strategies to ensure the company's growth and sustainability.Reporting and Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, as well as compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead budgeting and forecasting processes to optimize financial performance.Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow effectively to support the company's operations and investments.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks and implement risk management practices.Team Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team.Manufacturing and Distribution Focus: Utilize your experience in the manufacturing and distribution industry to streamline financial operations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role in a public company.Extensive experience in financial management, strategic planning, and financial analysis.Strong understanding of manufacturing and distribution industry practices.Proven track record of effectively leading finance teams and implementing financial best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in financial software and tools.Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
