Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) OpportunityEstablished in 1964, Foundations Behavioral Health provides a comprehensive network of behavioral, psychiatric, educational, and community services offered for children, adolescents, and young adults. Located on a 12-acre campus in Bucks County, PA, our services include a 24/7 Clinical Assessment Center, Child and Adolescent Inpatient Psychiatric Units, Residential Treatment, Intensive Residential Treatment, and Behavioral Health Rehabilitative Services.As a member of Senior Management, the Chief Nursing Officer at Foundations Behavioral is responsible for the provision of nursing services for both the 60-bed acute inpatient hospital and the 62-bed residential treatment facility.About The Opportunity:The Chief Nursing Officer will be a key member of the Foundations’ seasoned Leadership Team who will integrate and coordinate a patient-centric nursing strategy with a keen focus on patient care; ensuring that delivery of high-quality and cost-effective health care is consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services and in accordance with government regulation, licensing, and accreditation requirements. Job Requirements:Licensure: Current license to practice professional nursing in Pennsylvania.Bachelor of Science in Nursing from a CCNE accredited nursing program required; Master of Science in Nursing strongly preferred.Must have a minimum of 4 years nursing and supervisory/administrative experience.Prior experience in an adolescent psychiatric setting preferred.Prior experience with youth Autism preferred.Must be familiar with The Joint Commission and other regulatory parties.Must be able to work flexible hours as necessary to perform assigned duties and maintain required communication with patients experiencing extreme psychiatric disorders and their families and agencies.Demonstrated working knowledge of behavioral health nursing clinical practices and management.Demonstrated knowledge of effective management and supervisory practices.
