Chief Nursing Officer OpportunityAbout Three Rivers Behavioral Health:Three Rivers Behavioral Health (TRBH) is a 129-bed inpatient facility located in the eastern portion of Lexington County in SC. We specialize in psychiatric and chemical dependency services for adolescents, adults, military, and first responders. Our continuum of care includes inpatient, crisis stabilization, partial hospitalization, and telehealth services. We have a tenured team of nursing leaders and practitioners dedicated to their craft and the facility.About The Opportunity:The Chief Nursing Officer will be a key member of the Cedar Hills' Leadership Team who will integrate and coordinate a patient-centric nursing strategy with a keen focus on patient care; ensuring that delivery of high-quality and cost-effective health care is consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services and in accordance with government regulation, licensing, and accreditation requirements. The CNO will participate in the hospital's strategic planning and contribute to the achievement of institutional goals and objectives. Experience with a free-standing inpatient setting is strongly preferred.Extensive knowledge of principles and practices relevant to nursing and patient care activities.Demonstrated knowledge of effective management and supervisory practices.
