Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)Wellstone Regional Hospital is a 100-bed acute care facility located in Jeffersonville, Indiana, providing quality health care to the residents of Southern Indiana and the Louisville area since 2003. Wellstone specializes in the treatment of Adolescents, Children, Adults, and the CD population. In addition to our inpatient program, we offer outpatient and partial hospitalization services as well.To learn more visit: www.wellstonehospital.comThe Chief Nursing Officer is a key member of the senior leadership team who will integrate and coordinate a patient-centric nursing strategy with a hands-on approach and keen focus on patient care; ensuring that delivery of high-quality and cost-effective health care is consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services and in accordance with government regulation, licensing, and accreditation requirements. The CNO participates in the hospital’s strategic planning and contributes to the achievement of institutional goals and objectives. Qualifications

Your Qualifications will include:Valid license or permit to practice professional nursing in the State of IN.BS in Nursing from a CCNE accredited nursing program required; MSN or related advanced nursing degree strongly preferred.Three or more years of nursing leadership experience. Management experience over a behavioral health setting is preferred.Demonstrated leadership abilities that contribute to a positive work environment.EEO Statement
