Workplace Sustainability Project Manager II

We are seeking a Sustainability Project Manager to join our client who is a leader in providing cloud software for identity and access management (IAM) software. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Design, Construction & Sustainability, you will work collaboratively across the Global Workplace & Safety team to bring our operational sustainability program to life. You will also partner closely with the ESG & Sustainability team to ensure alignment with our broader corporate Sustainability program.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead coordination of our LEED and WELL site certifications and ongoing maintenance. Develop a strategy for the points we pursue, building upon the existing framework of our LEED and WELL Silver certifications.Lead the development of the Environmental Management System (EMS). Manage cross-functional project teams of internal stakeholders and external consultants.Develop our sustainable food and waste program with the site operations team.Own reporting and tracking of all site utility data for our annual greenhouse gas inventory.Evaluate & monitor indoor air quality (IAQ) data across our sites. Develop employee engagement strategy around IAQ.Lead Earth Week employee engagement, including virtual and onsite events.Apply relevant standards and frameworks (e.g., SASB, GRI, SDGs) to the Workplace environmental sustainability efforts.
Skills:
Experience in operational sustainability (e.g., LEED / WELL, sustainable food, renewable electricity).Experience collecting site utility data and familiarity with the GHG Protocol.Highly skilled in data analysis, building programs, stakeholder and employee engagement.Exceptional project management skills.Ability to work as a team player in a cooperative environment, as well as effectively working independently.Adept at synthesizing complex inputs from multiple stakeholders.
Education:
2-5 years of sustainability experience.
