JOB SUMMARYWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing business development team. In this critical role, you will play a key part in our mission by identifying and engaging high-value prospects within the healthcare sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned inside sales professional with a passion for healthcare security to contribute to a rapidly growing organization.

LOCATIONMust be located in Nashville, TN and able to come into the office 3 days a week.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Prospect Research: Utilize industry resources and market research tools to identify key decision-makers at healthcare institutions, including hospitals, provider groups, and health plans.Lead Generation and Qualification: Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, social media outreach, and industry events. Engage healthcare decision-makers in meaningful conversations to understand their unique security challenges and pain points. Effectively communicate the value proposition of Fortified Health Security's solutions in addressing their specific needs.Engagement: Initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients to understand their needs and pain points, and effectively communicate the value of Fortified Health Security's cybersecurity solutions.Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date pipeline, tracking interactions and lead progress within our CRM system.Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and to develop effective sales strategies tailored to the healthcare market.Market Awareness: Stay informed about the latest trends in healthcare cybersecurity, evolving threats, and industry regulations to provide valuable insights to the team and contribute to continuous improvement.KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B inside sales (SDR,BDR,XDR,ADR,ect), preferably within the healthcare or cybersecurity industry, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas OR 1 year quota attainment as a BDR at Fortified Health Security.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the healthcare industry and cybersecurity is highly desirable.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and persuasively present complex security solutions.Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to identify and qualify high-potential leads, navigate complex sales cycles, and contribute to opportunity creation.Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach/SalesLoft, and ZoomInfo/Seamless).Team Player: Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while also demonstrating initiative and ownership.Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving industry, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and strategies.BENEFITS
