You will...

Produce and maintain business to ensure sales growthOversee design and implementation of an effective risk management program for clientsMaintain thorough knowledge of all products and services offered by the agencyKeep abreast of industry and product trends and techniques to maintain a competitive status for the agency within the industryActively participate in professional and community organizations and events to promote agency and insurance industry in the communityOkay, so what's in it for me?

What do I need to know?

You have to have...

Resident Agent's License preferred, or the ability to obtain within 3-6 months of hireProfessional designation (CIC, CPCU, CEBS, RHU, and/or AAI) in product line preferred, or the ability to obtain within 9 months of hireExcellent verbal and written communication skillsEffective negotiation and problem solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentStrong Microsoft Office Suite skills

Salary Description

$60,000 - $150,000
