who will work with brokers and carriers to provide exceptional service to our clients.

What's the work like?

You will...

Effectively and independently manage customer service accountabilities on a book of business comprised of group benefit plans, including fully insured, level funded, and self-funded plans.Assist producer in development of service plan for assigned accounts; and coordinate and monitor the service plan as neededAssist producers in preparation of enrollment materials and presentations and attend client meetings and benefit fairsComplete servicing of accounts, including but not limited to utilizing standard proposals, spreadsheets and Power Point presentations, depending upon which product is quotedPromptly invoice all premium-bearing transactionsReview all applications and policies for accuracy and completeness and take an active role in completing all carrier requirements to implement policyManage renewal process according to agency procedures; review quotes, prepare proposalsPromptly respond to customers' questions and/or requests for assistanceCommunicate all necessary information to producers, clients, carriers and any other agency team members servicing the accountMaintain the electronic account file and fully incorporate the capabilities of the agency management system into daily workflowPerform quality reviews as requested by management, and comply with requirements of quality programsMaintain effective working relationships with clients to support business retention and accompany producer to client and carrier meetings as necessary?Ensure confidentiality is maintained in the collection, maintenance, and dissemination of highly sensitive information, including Protected Health Information (PHI)Okay, so what's in it for me?

What do I need to know?

You have to have...

Minimum of five (5) years Employee Benefits experienceIn-depth knowledge of fully insured, level funded, and self-funded group designsKnowledge of carrier rating and underwriting proceduresExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and ability to multi-taskAbility to analyze and interpret dataProficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel), Applied Epic, and Employee NavigatorStrong respect for confidentialityRegular and consistent attendanceAbility to observe safety and security procedures and use equipment and materials properlyAbility to conform with and abide by all workplace policies, work procedures, and instructionsAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with company employees and external contactsValid Driver's LicenseNebraska Life, Sickness, Accident and Health Agent's licenseHigh School diploma or equivalent

*Preference will be given to candidates in the Omaha, NE metro area.

Salary Description

$32.90/hr - $61.10/hr
