The Divisional Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the Territory Managers, PSSR(s) and TSE(s) as it relates to equipment and attachment sales. Other functions include administrative duties, customer support and service, and inventory control duties.

Key Job Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities to fulfilling the job purpose.

Acts as the primary contact for external and internal customers, including but not limited to the Territory Managers, PSSR’s, and TSE(s) (Sales Team).

Helps Divisional GM with reviewing and approving sales quotes for the Sales Team using our CPQ tool (Quote Builder).Supports the Territory Managers’ sales activities by maintaining the accuracy of data in our CRM systems and Quote BuilderFile for Mfg. Marketing discounts, including SPARS, KF Program and Discretionary Funds, as well as assist with SEST(s)Leverage advanced understanding of sales operations to prepare the necessary documents (delivery, insurance, contracts/agreements, finance documents, check-in/out inspections, etc.) and support the sales team in the sales process from quote through invoicingDevelop customer-facing proposals at the request of Sales Representatives for Sales and RPOs of new, rental fleet and used machines and attachments.Coordinate the financial structure of machine sales including credit release requestsResponsible for, and work with Corporate Inventory Procurement teams, to maintain appropriate Divisional equipment inventory to meet sales needsAssists with and reconciles divisional inventory counts in a timely manner.Schedules delivery and pick-up of inventorySupports the sales team in locating equipment within the Division / Company for sales opportunities.Trains and mentors other coordinators.Requires regular and punctual employee attendance.Works safely at all times and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards.Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications/Requirements

Education, experience, knowledge/skills/abilities, travel, and physical requirements for the job.

High school or equivalent. College diploma preferred or 2 years relevant experience in Construction Equipment industry.

Knowledge of construction and rental industry equipmentAbility to learn and develop strong knowledge on features and benefits of all OEM equipment carried by Roland Machinery company, including, but not limited to, Komatsu and Wirtgen.Excellent oral and written communication skills. This role frequently communicates with others, must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.A team player possessing the ability to professionally work with customers, vendors, peers, and co-workers as well as the ability to develop strong, long-term relationships.Maintain excellent customer relations and possess a courteous business manner, and be able to deal with customer objections in a professional manner in a relationship-heavy atmosphere.Ability to interact with tact and courtesy and maintain a professional mannerExceptional organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills. Frequently works at a fast pace with unscheduled interruptions.Ability to work independently without daily direct supervision and a strong sense of urgency.Intermediate computer and related software applications skillsAdvanced MS Office Suite skills with Excel, PowerPoint, and WordTravel outside the assigned Division: Up to 5%Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the associate is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (life, carry, move) light to medium weights. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand, and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear. Regularly exposure to moving mechanical parts. Frequent exposure to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles and outside weather conditions. Occasional exposure to extreme heat; risk of electrical shock and vibration. Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.Benefits:
