The Sales Coordinator PT and R&S will function as support to the sales team and will carry out the functions listed below.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Support Sales Managers and Project Managers to ensure that ongoing projects are completed on-time and under budget.Create new projects within internal tracking systems as required by the Sales Managers.Verify all orders and change orders have an acceptable DYWIDAG commercial agreement in place and proper sales tax exemption certificates are on file (if applicable).Collect required project documentation including: tax details, lien or bonding documentation, certificates of insurance, etc.Monitor ongoing project tracking systems to ensure accuracy.Monitor customer order progress, taking responsibility that order is delivered to customer's satisfaction.Run required reports as needed through ERP system.Maintain accurate data in ERP System.Maintain accurate data in CRM System.Maintain accurate project/order file containing all documentation within shared filing system.Generate accurate invoices for all shipments and services within 48-72 hours (or per contract allowance).Review monthly equipment rental report and invoice leased equipment as defined in the lease agreement.Document collection and process invoice credits as needed.Communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external project stakeholders in a timely manner.Generate and process sales quotes and sales orders, including setting pricing as needed.Release instruction to warehouse/s for sales order shipments.Generate PO's for non-stock special order items related to sales orders.Process PO's once received and approve vendor invoices for payment.Performs other related duties as assigned.REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Associate's degree or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.2-3 years of construction project coordination experience preferred.Experienced with MS Office - Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Experienced with sales and customer service skills.COMPETENCIES

Ability to learn quickly and perform in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.Ability to quickly learn and utilize ERP and other database systems.Candidate must be self-starting, efficient, and organized.Ability to respond to common inquiries or project challenges from customers.Ability to effectively write correspondence and present information to management, other employees, and customers.Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, weights, volume, and common conversions.Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions in written and diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

On rare occasion if a department meeting or training is scheduled, travel may be required.PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, laptop use, etc.
