– Transforming outdoor customer service and experience by boldly re-envisioning our future.About the Role:Reporting to the Area Manager, this position is responsible for the overall operational and merchandising functions of the store to achieve maximum profitability and to continue to provide the best-in-class guest service.

Duties include managing inventory and budgets and hiring / training a quality core staff.Essential Functions:Generate sales, and demonstrate and maintain a professional standard of guest serviceEvaluate sales trends and create methods for sales growthHiring, training, coaching, leading and maintaining a high-quality staffFunction as a training resources for employees in POS, product knowledge, and salesCommunicate company values and goals to the employeesMonitor and control expenses as set within the budgetAdminister policies as may be necessaryAdminister company procedures, including cash handling, safety and loss preventionMaintain merchandising and cleanliness standardsManage inventory control and meet or exceed inventory goalsDemonstrate excellent knowledge of products and industry trendsMaintain all company paperwork according to policies and standardsConduct performance reviews for coaching / development of staff on a regular basisOther duties as assignedRequired Skills/Abilities:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of two years of retail experienceMinimum of three years of supervisory experienceExperience in the snow sports industryProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent communications skills both written and verbalSelf-motivated with the ability to multi-taskFamiliarity with retail POS systems is preferredEnglish fluency, written and verbalMust be able to stand for extended periods of timeOther
