Epson, a $10B global leader in high-quality consumer electronics, imaging, and point of sale printing devices, is seeking an exceptional Salesforce Manager to join our Digital Sales Programs team. You will be responsible for managing, administrating and supporting Epson’s CRMs platforms, serving as the primary point of contact for various sales, marketing, and product manager teams requiring user setup, data management, reporting, and training. This position can be remote, or you can work a hybrid schedule out of Epson America's headquarters in Los Alamitos, CA.Principal AccountabilitiesIn addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:CRMs and Planning Platforms:Responsible for Salesforce and any other CRM platform.Provides direction to the Salesforce Super User team in each country.Acts as the Gate Keeper for all LA platforms activities, protecting system integrity, coordinating with countries and the NA team.Overall management of the platforms, and collaboration with multiple teams. Gather business requirements, run demos, and gather feedback.Coordinate platforms roadmap and plan all future initiatives. Monitor and manage releases and bug fixes.Project management in order to manage pipeline, user demand generation, deadlines, prioritization, and process.Focus on user experience and have a good understanding of case management concepts.People relationship management: onboarding, training, motivating, evaluating, developing, and providing mentoring and coaching to team members.Provide recommended solutions for systemic issues and advise management, implement best practices and standardize processes.Lead automation projects in conjunction with key contributors from Sales, IS/IT, and marketing.Utilize analytics, best practices, trends, and emerging technologies to monitor and improve Epson’s capabilities in the area of customer relationship management and planning.Coordinate systems implementation, integration, and ongoing process flow improvement.Relationship ManagementCollaborate with Product Management and Sales Teams, developing additional tools and dashboards that provide value to all stakeholders.Vendor management, maintaining relationships with key vendors guaranteeing efficiency of platforms and programs.Align with IT Department process requirements.Assess partner and personnel training and resource needs, providing ongoing training for all users as new developments are deployed.Minimum Requirements:Experience at an intermediate level (3-8 years)Limited working proficiency in SpanishCompletion of an undergraduate program or equivalent experience (B.A. or B.S.)Epson America, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity/ Affirmative Action EmployerAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, and protected veteran status, as well as any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.IND2Nearest Major Market:
