Vault.com , and many others.THE POSITION:The Power Platform Senior Solutions Engineer focuses on shaping and architecting new solutions that enable Point B and our customers to fully realize the value of their Microsoft Power Platform investments. This job works with Point B colleagues to identify opportunities to sell and deliver engagements that use the Power Platform suite of tools and provides technical leadership to team members such that vision, requirements, and design are translated into technical products.WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO:Analyze, design, and develop innovative software solutions for customers ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500, as well as for Point B.Shape and architect new solutions that enable our customers to fully realize the value of their Microsoft Power Platform investments.Leverage the Power Platform and Microsoft 365 suite of tools to give customers solutions that will provide insights needed for their business decisions and strategies.Work with Point B colleagues to identify opportunities and sell engagements that use the Power Platform and Microsoft 365 suite of tools.Provide technical leadership to team members such that vision, requirements, and design are translated into technical products.Work with partners within and outside of Point B to design and deliver best-in-class solutions.Stay on top of emerging technology trends and methodologies.Proactively seek ways to support team members and help other associates and customers achieve their professional goals.Consistently demonstrate and live Point B cultural tenets and values.Participate in firm culture activities to connect regularly with other Point B’ers (e.g., Tech Build meetings, Geo Meetings, etc.).WHAT WE OFFER:The ability to chart your career path based on expertise and passions.An environment that encourages you to identify new opportunities and supports you in reaching your goals.The chance to have a balanced lifestyle by working with local or national clients in a flexible consulting model.The opportunity to further enable a fun and collaborative culture with teams that are as passionate about their communities as they are about their clients.A comprehensive, flexible Total Rewards program that supports and recognizes each individual's unique needs and contributions to the firm.WHAT WE EXPECT YOU’VE ALREADY DONE:B.A. or B.S. in a quantitative subject (computer science, engineering, mathematics, sciences, economics, etc.).6-10 years of experience developing software solutions using Microsoft technologies.Completed 10+ projects including discovery, capture requirements, engage subject matter experts and stakeholders, translate requirements, and configure Microsoft solutions and apps.Experience providing technical oversight and leadership to team members in delivering Microsoft solutions and apps.Demonstrated experience with Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power BI, and Power Automate.Demonstrated excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both orally and in written form.Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion effectively.Demonstrated experience working with at least one other platform or technology stack (other than Power Platform).Aptitude for critical and analytical thinking, as well as openness to out-of-the-box solutions.Stays up to date on the latest updates to the Power Platform, as well as future roadmap features announcements and virtual conference information.Supported software sales, preferably within a consulting environment.Worked effectively as a technologist in one or more industries and business areas.Experience/exposure to processes in one or more types of business departments (e.g., HR, Finance, etc.).(Nice to have) Experience in SQL, Java, Python, CSS, NodeJS, or R programming languages.(Nice to have) Achieved the Microsoft PL-200 Functional Consultant Certification or cumulative years’ experience with Microsoft technologies.THE KIND OF PEOPLE WE LOOK FOR:Innate problem solvers who want to grow in a flexible, collaborative culture.Those who have a growth mindset regarding training, practice, and evolving their skills.Versatile people who thrive on variety and challenge.Successful in ambiguous environments.Desire to and ability to learn.Passion for Point B’s Mission, Vision, Values & Culture.Gets it done brand and attitude.Ability to work from home.Ability to work non-standard work hours when necessary.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:The estimated salary range for this role is $119,000 - $160,000 USD per year. This salary range is provided as required by local and state law as applicable.
