Dominican University Undergraduate StudentsEXPECTATIONS FOR ALL DOMINICAN EMPLOYEES:To support the University's mission of preparing students to pursue truth, to give compassionate service, and to participate in the creation of a more just and humane world.POSITION DESCRIPTION:Student Phone Ambassadors are part of a team which plays an important role in the Office of University Advancement, raising funds for scholarships and other campus programs, and creating connections with alumnae/i.JOB COMPONENTS//PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Students will call, text, email and write notes to donors and supporters using Microsoft Teams and software tools.Raise funds, educate and thank donors and update contact information.Assist with donor acknowledgments and follow-ups.Handle personal information with discretion and extreme confidentiality.Performs other duties as requested, delegated or assigned.REQUIREMENTS
Must be available to attend Phonathon learning training sessions.Must maintain a positive work environment as part of the Phonathon team.Must be currently enrolled at least part-time as degree-seeking student at Dominican.Must be eligible for US employmentBASIC COMPETENCIES:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work with diverse groups with respect.Demonstrated skills for customer service and creating high-impact experiences.Dependability and punctuality.BENEFITS:
