Tasks
Your tasks as Senior Customer Support & Sales Manager "Technical Services" may include, among others:

  • Analyze new aircraft tail Work Authorization (WA) requirements & create WA review & SDD preparation documents
  • Create aircraft tail specific CMS coordination configuration sheet aligned with WA requirements
  • Review & approve tail specific customer CMS ESSDs aligned with WA requirements and LHT SW Interface Definition Document (IDD) and Graphical User Interface (GUI) guideline document
  • Support, review & approve LHT creation of tail specific CMS Cabin configuration SDD (LRU location drawing + Bill of Material (BOM))
  • Support development projects and programs including the processing of various technical documents
  • Analyze and process customer change requests and ensure high quality of timely inputs in customer and LHT IT system


* All other duties as assigned or required

Requirements
You must fulfill the following requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • At least 5 years successful track record in technical services and respectively in a customer interface role required
  • Experience in B-2-B technical negotiation methods required
  • Fluency in English language required
  • German and other language desirable
  • OEM or Aviation and Aerospace related services with experience & knowledge with Business Jet completions, including CMS & IFE technical installations and customer specification process required
  • Excel, Word, PowerPoint SAP CRM, MS Visio and database management as user
  • Catia 2D experience is a bonus
  • Responsible of costs
  • Willingness to travel
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Must possess a legal work permit in Canada
