TasksAs the
MES Customer Service Project Manager , you will be entrusted with a spectrum of responsibilities, including:
Primary point of contact for the customer. Communicate courteously with customers and coordinates to satisfy customer's requirements and expectationsCoordination of work scope induction dates, field service events, and internal job managementDevelop and direct procedures and methods that ensure quality standards and budget are met and maintainedStrong interface with LHT's central functions in Germany and Tulsa, being part of the global networkOrganize and manage multiple priorities and events simultaneouslyProvide problem resolution to facilitate continuous improvements and improved working relationshipsCustomer relationship management (feedback management, customer visits and entertainment, event review meetings, etc.)* Perform all other duties as assigned or required
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:
High school diploma/GED requiredBachelor's degree requiredAt least 3 years of Aviation/Engine experience preferredFluency in English language requiredBasic knowledge of PowerPointWord, Excel and Outlook as userExcellent analytical skillsExcellent business senseExcellent cost consciousnessExcellent detail orientedExcellent innovationExcellent communication skillsExcellent problem solvingExcellent productivity drivenExcellent safety and securityExcellent strategic thinkingExcellent leadership skillsWillingness to travel (out of country travel necessary)Must possess a valid driver's licenseHigh stress levelsLift up to 70 lbsOutdoor weather conditionsMust be willing to work shiftsMust possess permit to work in the U.S.
