From hiring, training and developing team members to ensuring that all costs are met and quality show standards are maintained at all times, you will be representing Levy and communicating our philosophies and culture to all that you come in contact with.Detailed ResponsibilitiesHolds team accountable to steps of service to deliver great guest serviceEnsures that team members consistently deliver heartfelt hospitality to every guest, every timeEnsures team members have the tools necessary to complete their jobsEnsures show quality standards are maintained at all timesBuilds and maintains strong relationships with clients, guests, subcontractors, not-for-profits and Levy team membersRegularly obtains feedback from clients and guests to improve operationsSupports and communicates Levy initiativesRespond and assist in any departmental guest service issuesEnsures execution of all menus, promotions and programs as outlined by the Director of Operations in accordance with Levy standardsActs as a liaison with the team, including partner s operational team, Levy team and other areas as needed to ensure efficient operational performanceEnsures proper execution of preventive maintenance schedule as set forth by Director of OperationsEnsures that daily walkthroughs are being conducted in both FOH and BOH for every eventEnsures that all security, safety and sanitation standards are achievedAchieves daily sales and assigned cost goalsAchieves assigned budget goalsProvides operational planning to ensure adequate products and equipment are ordered for anticipated business levelsEmploys good safety and sanitation practicesPractices proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipmentFollows and enforces responsible alcohol service policiesEnsures team members adhere to Levy guidelines as stated in the team member training manual and employee handbookForecasts and adequately schedules team members to meet operational needs and desired targetsUses all performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team membersPromotes a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and moraleConducts regularly scheduled meetings to ensure lines of communication are open between management and team membersInterviews, hires, trains and develops team members according to Levy guidelinesDisplays a positive attitude towards team membersMentors department managers to develop their skills and leadership abilitiesOther duties and responsibilities, as needed

Skills and Experience5+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational positionBachelor s degree in Hospitality Management is preferredHigh level of computer literacyPassion for hospitality, food, and retailExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsCurious about Life at Levy?
