This role is ideal for a driven leader with a deep understanding of the automotive or trucking industry, who can manage sales, service, and administrative teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all dealership operations, including sales, service, parts, and finance departments.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Ensure exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of all dealership staff.
Monitor financial performance and ensure that all departments meet or exceed their targets.
Maintain compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with senior management to set goals and develop business plans.
Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive in the industry.
Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience in automotive or trucking industry management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze financial reports and develop actionable strategies.
Knowledge of dealership operations, including sales, service, and parts.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
