Job Summary:

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operations of the dealership, including sales, service, parts, and finance. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in automotive management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Oversight: Manage all aspects of dealership operations, including sales, service, parts, and finance.

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve dealership goals and objectives.

- Financial Management: Oversee the dealership’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.

- Sales Leadership: Drive sales performance by setting targets, developing sales strategies, and motivating the sales team.

- Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining effective customer service standards and resolving customer issues promptly.

- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of employees across all departments.

- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and efficient turnover.

- Community Engagement: Represent the dealership in the community and foster positive relationships with local organizations and stakeholders.

Qualifications :

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

- Experience: Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior management role within the automotive industry.

- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in driving sales performance and achieving targets.

- Financial Acumen: Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and profitability analysis.

- Customer Focus: Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.

- Communication: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Tech Proficiency: Proficient in using dealership management software and other relevant tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $7,000.00 per month
