We are looking for a reliable, professional, and highly motivated individual who can join our team as a Full Charge Bookkeeper reporting to our Accounting Manager in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must be pleasant, hardworking, highly organized, and detail-oriented. Qualities important to this role are reliability, responsibility, and a conscientious work ethic.Skills/Qualifications:

5 years of previous bookkeeping experience.5 years of Quickbooks experience and high-volume Accounts Payable.Law firm accounting experience a plus.Accuracy in entering accounting transactions.Bank reconciliations as well as credit card reconciliations.Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel and Word.Administrative duties as needed.Order and maintain inventory of office supplies.
