This leadership role involves synchronizing effects within the information environment (IE) to support military operations in the Periphery. The Information Operations (IO) Planner Team Lead will be responsible for coordinating and synchronizing information-related capabilities (IRCs), leading a team in planning, monitoring, and assessing information support plans, and ensuring alignment with the commander’s objectives.Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team in synchronizing effects within the information environment (IE) to support military operations in the Periphery.Support the mission command warfighting function commander’s task of informing and influencing audiences.Coordinate and synchronize IRCs to ensure effective integration and alignment with the commander’s objectives.Plan, monitor, and assess information support plans, ensuring they meet operational requirements.Oversee and ensure that Contractor’s employees' competencies and capabilities are aligned with job requirements.Interface with management within the Branch and integrate with intel personnel to ensure proper Intel Support to IO.Support the development and execution of Military Information Support Operations (MISO) Plans, Series, and Civil Affairs Activities.Coordinate with DoD, INDOPACOM, SOCOM, and Service Components to support SOCPAC.Facilitate testing and evaluation of emergent concepts, capabilities, and formations in exercises.Conduct assessments of IRC executions and support plans.Maintain situational awareness of Special Access Program (SAP) capability developments and Special Technical Operations (STO).Be prepared to support other experimentation requirements as identified by the SOJ39.Demonstrate excellent oral, writing, and coordination skills to communicate information clearly and concisely.Required Skills/Qualifications

TS//SCI security clearance and SAP/STO read-ons required or obtainable.Strong understanding of the information environment (IE) and its impact on operations.Proven leadership skills with experience in coordinating and synchronizing IRCs.Excellent oral, writing, and coordination skills.$0 - $0 biweekly
