Job Summary

Elizabethtown Community & Technical College is seeking a Director of Secondary Partnerships responsible for the management of the high school dual credit programs (both on and off-campus) and recruitment. Dual credit currently makes up one-third of the college's enrollment. This position is a twelve-month staff position reporting to the college provost.

Job Duties:• Manage and grow the Dual Credit Program, including preparing policies and procedures for instructors, schools, students, and academic departments.• Supervise and support dual credit team and college recruiters. Work closely with high school counselors, liaisons, and faculty to create pathways encouraging high school students to enroll at ECTC.• Foster relationships with local high schools in our service region and initiate formal dual credit agreements.• Oversee orientation activities for dual credit students, instructors, and academic departments at the college.• Develop and distribute necessary training materials, handbooks, and brochures for high school administrators, faculty, and students regarding the use of Peoplesoft and other university technologies.• Works cooperatively with the Registrar and fellow Admissions staff to ensure that special registration assistance is provided for dual credit students, including visits to area high schools promptly to collect admission and registration materials to meet specified registration deadlines.• Assists in achieving the college's outreach goals by working cooperatively with staff from various campus and off-campus organizational units, especially area schools and school districts.• Leads research, development, implementation, and management for academic and system initiatives in concert with the provost, academic leadership, and faculty.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and four years of experience, or equivalent (master's degree and two years)
