We are a growing interior remodeling company specializing in kitchen, bathroom, and basement Remodels. We are seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team.Requirements**Apprentice Remodeler****Responsibilities:*** Assist experienced remodelers with various tasks including demolition, framing, drywall, painting, flooring installation, and trim work.* Learn and develop skills in all aspects of interior remodeling.* Maintain a clean and safe work environment.* Follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.**Qualifications:*** Strong work ethic and a desire to learn.* Basic carpentry skills and knowledge of construction techniques.* Ability to work independently and follow directions.* Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.* Minimum 2 Years experience in construction.

**Crew Leader****Responsibilities:*** Lead and supervise a team of remodelers on assigned projects.* Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.* Maintain high quality standards and craftsmanship.* Communicate effectively with clients and project managers.* Manage and track inventory and materials.**Qualifications:*** 5+ years of experience in interior remodeling.* Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical systems.* Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.* Excellent time management and organizational skills.* Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction documents.
