The Sales Manager plays a critical role in helping JBT and its customers achieve their goals. They are responsible for growing the business in their vertical, focusing on automotive. This includes owning the development of an industry sales plan, account plans, and the associated strategies and tactics to achieve orders and profitability goals.

Your Impact and Essential Duties

Develops and maintains an Industry Sales Plan for assigned focus market/industry (focus on automotive) or regional segment(s).

Demonstrate understanding of the customer\'s business priorities and initiatives. Discuss relevant trends and priorities integrating industry knowledge and solution knowledge.

Have comprehensive understanding of JBT Automated Systems solutions

Responsible for overall strategic account plans, pursuit plans, Competitive Displacement Plan and Pipeline Development Plan.

Coordinates activities with other JBT division sales efforts on a national and international level.

Respond to RFPs, bid preparation, follow-up, negotiation and closing of sales
