Ecommerce Sales ManagerWe are seeking a dynamic E-commerce Sales Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing and achieving all e-commerce sales goals and objectives for team member’s assigned products across designated e-commerce channels. The successful candidate will interface with various teams, including design and marketing, to reach these objectives and drive our e-commerce strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities

Execute Product Sales Launches : Oversee the complete sales launch process for new products, ensuring inventory is supplied to channels, collaborating closely with marketing and design teams to optimize launch strategies, managing the transition from sales launch to sales maintenance.Manage Sales Maintenance

Activities : Lead the onboarding process for the sales flywheel, maintain ongoing sales actions, make strategic adjustments to distribution strategy to influence purchasing decisions, and manage deals, coupons, and funding initiatives including their approval and execution.Collaborate and Oversee Paid Search Strategies : Work closely with the marketing team to set and adjust paid search (PPC) strategies for both product launches and ongoing sales activities, ensuring alignment with sales goals and retail price targets.Collaborate and Oversee Product Listing Content : Collaborate with the design team to approve and oversee sales-specific listing content and images, conduct listing content grading and refresh processes to ensure strategic sales presentation and effectiveness.Plan and Execute Sales Events : Lead the yearly and monthly planning for sales events, including deal event planning, enrollment, funding approval, and monitoring, to maximize sales opportunities.Troubleshoot Sales Issues : Identify and resolve sales-related issues, initiate sales relaunch processes as needed, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation of sales strategies.Skills and Qualifications

2+ years experience of Amazon ecommerce sales management. Vendor Central experience strongly preferred.Familiarity with common Amazon tools such as Keepa, Helium10, Jungle Scout, etc.Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.Strong attention to detail.Proactive approach to problem solving and troubleshootingJob DetailsCompensation: $70-110k - Based on experienceLocation: Brooklyn NY, on location
