Assist the Director of Operations of afterschool program by coordinating and updating the calendar, organizing and facilitating meetings with both on campus and off campus visitors, keeping and maintain the calendar, making travel arrangements, reserving meeting rooms, requesting special equipment as needed.Greet and provide assistance and information to departmental visitors, request equipment and/or building maintenance and keep up the overall appearance of the office and facilitiesProvide general office support such as answering departmental phone and monitoring department's email and website. Support, mentor and assist other team members within the department.Overseeing and/or ordering supplies and office equipment, process requisitions, vouchers and related documentsPerform accounts payable including processing payment vouchers, travel reimbursements, hotel payment, purchase orders, and print orders as appropriate for each unique eventOrganizes and completes structured assignments according to priorities and deadlinesRecognizes and solves typical problems that occur in own work area without supervisory approvalWorks with various parties/audiences (e.g., vendors, teachers, internal or external constituencies)Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessaryAnticipated Hiring Range

The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $15.00 to $19.34 hourly.

Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
