Dependent upon job/team assignment, this position will be responsible for the following:Assist with office operations including receiving, documenting, and tagging assets delivered to the IT dockAssist with printer management activities through Marco third-party serviceOccasional pickup surplus requests from campus departments of PCs, displays, and equipmentOther office, administrative, or computer-related support duties as assignedBasic Function & Responsibilities:Participate in campus hardware inventory as part of a cross team collaboration with emphasis on data integrity and surplus processing as needed.Shift

Standard schedule is between 8am-5pm - 40 hrs. per week.Minimum Qualifications

A high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities can be acquired (education or training beyond high school may be substituted for experience).Familiarity with computer hardware and various forms of technologySubstantial organizational and communication skillsExcellent attention to detail to ensure thorough, accurate, and error-free workAbility to analyze and update dataPreferred Qualifications

Some experience working in a related technology or business field is preferred.Experience upgrading and/or troubleshooting device firmware or willingness to learnData entry experienceCustomer service experience

Anticipated Hiring Range

The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $13.00 to $17.00 hourly.

Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
