What you will be doing:

Lead generation via outbound prospecting and inbound inquiries across all markets and services.Engage prospects to understand their needs and schedule qualified appointments.Build and maintain relationships with potential clients in Federal, healthcare, science & technology, and academic markets; focusing on acquiring new clients.Maintain accurate sales activity records in our CRM system.Collaborate closely with the Director of Client Services, marketing/business development manager, and the entire sales team to achieve company-wide goals.Generate reporting for the weekly market leader meeting.Conduct market research for potential client markets/services and pursue opportunities with them.Experience you will need:

2-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably with Federal clients.Familiarity with Federal acquisition processes is a plus.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while being a team player.Familiarity with the engineering and construction industry.Experience with lead generation tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).Understanding of MEP engineering and construction services is a plus.
