We are a rapidly growing a prestigious personal injury law firm and are seeking an ambitious, dedicated, and passionate lawyer to join our team.

As an elite Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to handle complex cases and provide top-notch representation to our esteemed clients. Our firm's small docket allows us to focus on delivering the highest level of service, while our innovative approach, advanced technology, and start-up mentality set us apart in the industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle personal injury cases from intake through verdict
  • Draft and respond to motions, demonstrating a deep understanding of legal principles and procedures
  • Work closely with clients, building strong relationships and providing exceptional client service throughout the legal process
  • Utilize your substantial knowledge of TRCP (Texas Rules of Civil Procedure) and Rules of Evidence to develop persuasive legal strategies


Qualifications:
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Texas, Arizona, Colorado, or New Mexico State Bar
  • Strong experience in drafting and responding to motions
  • Demonstrated ability to work with clients
  • Adept knowledge of TRCP and Rules of Evidence
  • Ambition and passion for becoming an elite trial attorney, coupled with a relentless work ethic
  • Excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively with support staff
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus


Compensation and Benefits:
  • $100,000 - $200,000 base pay (Depending on experience) + uncapped bonus potential
  • Ability to work remotely one day a week
