Our client is a 20+ year old growth-mode medical equipment and clinical services solutions provider based in the Atlanta, GA metro.
The Account Manager will be responsible for balancing client service, project management, business development, and strategic reporting in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns promptly to enhance client satisfaction and retention.Project Oversight:
Oversee the execution of clinical trial projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and networking to drive growth and expand the company's client base.Contract Negotiation:
Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Reporting and Analysis:
Provide regular updates and detailed reports on project status, financial performance, and client feedback to senior management, using insights to drive strategic decisions and improvements.
