Screening patientsPerforming evaluations and developing initial and interim treatment and discharge plansDocumenting progress toward identified objectivesIf applicable, overseeing Clinical Fellowship Year Clinicians (SLP-CFYs)Developing and implementing new programs/techniques to enhance speech therapy servicesConducting patient and family educationDelivering quality speech therapy servicesPutting patient service firstSpeech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalentState licensure or eligibilityStable Work HistoryPositive attitude and willingness to be a team playerCertificate of Clinical Confidence (CCC) from ASHASkilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferredNew grads are encouraged to apply.
