A law firm in Charlotte, NC, seeks an experienced eDiscovery Attorney to serve as clients' primary point of contact, develop and execute project plans for each Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) stage, and leverage AI technology to enhance e-discovery processes. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience, be actively licensed and in good standing with a State Bar, and possess exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.Duties:

Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the e-discovery process.Develop and execute project plans for each stage of the EDRM.Collaborate with clients and technology providers to integrate AI technology into the e-discovery platform.Implement custom workflows to reduce client costs and improve speed-to-evidence.Create and refine standard documentation, including ESI protocols, Protective Orders, review protocols, training guides, and review workflows.Manage review teams, providing feedback and guidance to ensure industry-leading speed and accuracy.Guide team leads and train them to foster a collaborative environment focused on problem-solving for clients and review teams.Requirements:

5-10 years of relevant experience in e-discovery.Active licensure and good standing with a State Bar.Ability to protect confidential Firm and client information.Experience in all phases of the EDRM, including identification, preservation, collection, review, and production.Experience conducting interviews with IT and developing preservation strategies.Negotiation experience with ESI protocols.Conducting custodial interviews.Drafting and testing keyword searches.Experience in document review management at a law firm, in-house legal department, or consulting firm.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Flexibility to support global client engagements across various time zones.Analytical problem-solving skills.Education:

A bachelor's degree (BS or BA) is required.Juris Doctorate (JD) degree required.
