The role involves serving as a point of contact, developing project plans, implementing workflows, managing review teams, and ensuring compliance with legal standards.Duties:Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the eDiscovery process.Develop and execute project plans for each Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) stage.Collaborate with clients and technology providers to leverage AI technology in the e-discovery platform.Implement custom workflows to reduce client costs and enhance speed-to-evidence.Create, refine, and maintain standard documentation, including ESI protocols, Protective Orders, review protocols, training guides, and review workflows.Manage review teams, providing necessary feedback and guidance to deliver industry-leading speed and accuracy.Guide team leads and train them to foster a collaborative team environment focused on problem-solving for clients and review teams.Requirements:5-10 years of relevant experience in eDiscovery.Active license in good standing with a State Bar.Ability to protect confidential Firm and client information.Proficiency in all phases of the EDRM, including identification, preservation, collection, review, and production.Experience conducting interviews with IT and developing/implementing preservation strategies.Proficiency in negotiating ESI protocols and conducting custodial interviews.Skill in drafting and testing keyword searches.Document review management experience at a law firm, in-house legal department, or consulting firm.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects simultaneously.Adaptability to support global client engagements across various time zones.Analytical problem-solving skills to provide effective solutions to clients.Education & Certifications:A bachelor's degree (BS or BA) is required.Juris Doctorate (JD) degree required.Skills:Strong understanding of eDiscovery processes and technologies.Proficiency in legal research and writing.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Advanced proficiency in project management and team leadership.Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and eDiscovery software.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
