Overview:
IntelliBridge is an award-winning national security company with an immediate need for an experienced
Managing Director
to lead an FBI professional services portfolio that includes:
Program Management of FBI Criminal Investigative Division contract (~40 FTE)
Oversight of FBI Office of Private Sector and Directorate of Intelligence contract (~30 FTE)
Oversight of FBI National Security Branch contracts (~15 FTE)
Oversight of additional FBI and other federal LE growth targets
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Leadership:
Exceptional communication skills with emphasis on effectively communicating purpose and vision. Oversight and mentorship of PMs in your portfolio.
Customer Satisfaction:
Develop positive relationships with customers, employees and partners (industry). Earn Very Good or Exceptional CPARS ratings.
Employee Engagement:
Foster a positive work environment by implementing strategies that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Regularly assess and address employee feedback to improve team morale and productivity.
Issue Resolution:
Responsible for client issue resolution, risk management, and employee retention.
Contract Management:
Possess thorough understanding of the contractual responsibilities of the CO, COR and key customers. Manage delivery of contracted services, ensuring successful delivery of all tasks.
Proposal and Capture:
In partnership with BD, lead capture effort for recompetes, identifying capture and call planning and execution. Initiate NDAs, TAs, and subcontract requests.
Pipeline Development:
Support opportunity development and identify new opportunities, as well as data calls, research and capture of pipeline opportunities. Engage with partners as necessary. Enter opportunities into Salesforce.
Subcontractor Management:
Serve as the primary corporate POC to subcontractors for individual performer or corporate issues. Understand strategic vs. non-strategic partnerships.
Project Financials:
Manage/forecast contract financials, burn rates, budgets, period of performance, variances, purchase orders, etc. Own profit and loss and associated decisions. Resolve billing issues in coordination with appropriate corporate POCs.
Recruiting:
As PM (or acting on behalf of PM), draft and submit Position Requisition Forms within 2-days of verification of the position by the customer. Actively work to reduce attrition and vacancy rates.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably in government contracting.
PMP certification preferred.
Travel:
Less than 5% with potential opportunity to travel to industry or customer-related conferences 2-3 times/year
