The Executive Director, Food & Beverage will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations for a large resort in Stateline, NV. This includes managing multiple restaurants, bars, and catering services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue and profitability.Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans for the food and beverage operationsManage and oversee all restaurant, bar, and catering operationsEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality controlDevelop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and P&L statementsRecruit, train, and manage a team of food and beverage professionalsCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest experiencesStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practicesEnsure compliance with all health and safety regulationsQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum of 10 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership roleProven track record of driving revenue and profitabilityStrong leadership and management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentKnowledge of industry trends and best practicesAbility to develop and manage budgets and financial forecastsKnowledge of health and safety regulations
