You will also work closely with other colleagues within the People directorate to ensure a cohesive and collaborative approach.What you’ll need:Demonstrated experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role (or similar) where you have successfully developed strategies or solutions to effectively address a variety of human resources and employee relations matters.Extensive experience in case management, demonstrating proficiency in risk assessment and providing relevant stakeholders with high-quality advice and actions in accordance with industry best practices.Proven experience in the end-to-end investigation processing, including witness statements, findings, report.The ability to coach and support leaders to address performance, conflict and conduct issues.A solid understanding of employment legislation and the ability to interpret Enterprise Agreements and Awards.Proficiency in developing briefing notes, business cases, and other business-related documentation.Tertiary qualification in human resources management (desirable)The ability to travel throughout Western Australia on an ad hoc, short term basis as required (occasionally this may also include an overnight stay)What’s in it for you?The successful candidate will be offered an interactive and supportive working environment within a positive and professional team along with:$550 Health and Wellness reimbursement17.5% leave loadingCompetitive remuneration packageSalary packaging optionsFree emergency ambulance coverFree first aid trainingAre you ready to change lives?To apply for this exciting opportunity please select
