Some of your duties and responsibilities will include:Assist the Project Manager conduct their respective projects in alignment to the St John WA Project Management Framework.Monitor the Projects progress and evaluate its impact.Provide administration support (including preparation of variable reports, manage documentation and maintain project related databases).Assist in budget planning and monitoring to ensure the Project stays within its financial limits.Support the development of project documentation.Assist in preparing reports and presentations for all governance committees or boards.What you’ll need:Knowledge of project lifecycles, ICT experience preferred.2+ years experience as an IT Project Support Officer in a similar environment.Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to liaise and negotiate effectively with multiple stakeholders.Strong conceptual, strategic and analytical skills.Proven experience in compiling and maintaining program files and the preparation and presentation of management reports.Certified Project Officer certification OR Cert IV in a project discipline is desirable.What’s in it for you?The successful candidate will be offered an interactive and supportive working environment within a positive and professional team along with:$550 Health and Wellness reimbursement.17.5% leave loading.$1,200 Clothing Allowance.Competitive remuneration package.Salary packaging options.Free emergency ambulance cover.Free first aid training.Are you ready to change lives?To apply for this exciting opportunity please select
