RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Analyst in San Francisco, CA.

Summary:

A Cloud Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large and complex datasets using cloud-based platforms and tools. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and data visualization techniques, as well as experience with cloud computing platforms such as Google Cloud Platform, OCI, and/or AWS.

Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using cloud-based technologies.Design & build feature-rich dashboards while utilizing Looker and other main tools such as Google DataStudio and Tableau.Work with business stakeholders to wireframe dashboards to convey detailed insights in the most compelling manner.Develop and implement data models to support data analysis and reporting.Use data visualization tools to create dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define metrics, and deliver data-driven solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in cloud data analytics.Assist to streamline the processes of collecting, integrating, analyzing and conveying insights to improve business decision making.REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.5+ years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or a related role.Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehousing concepts and technologies.Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python or R.Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
